Tetris!

What to do with an empty white wall (that has grid dots on it) in the office?

Tetris of course. I couldn’t resist.

I measured the grid dots (they are 10cm by 10cm) and cut out some Tetris blocks from coloured paper.

I ruled black lines and cut them out in blocks of 10cm squares to form the shapes.

Cycle to work

Cycle to work.

I have an oppurtunity to cycle to work.

An amazing ride from Strathfield to Parramatta.

The path I follow is,

  • start along North Strathfield cafe strip
  • through the Bicentennial Park, Homebush
  • past The Armoury, Newington
  • over the Silverwater Bridge
  • past Meadowbank Wharf
  • along the Parramatta River
  • behind the University of Western Sydney campus grounds
  •  up into the Parramatta CBD

What a top way to start the morning and to end the office work day with.

No I didn’t ride down those stairs in the photo!

I think my bike, my body and my confidence wouldn’t have been able to deal with it.

That photo was just a slight detour I did exploring that particular bridge.

An area that you’ll be at a lot of the time.

It makes sense to make it comfortable and personalised.
